Challenge

Build a brand that not only celebrates the powerful Robusta bean, but as importantly gives power back to the communities that grow it. 

What we did

Through a brave proposition and striking identity, Blue Turaco positioned itself as a champion for change, placing farmers, sellers, and communities at the heart of the story.  We shaped Blue Turaco into more than a coffee brand: a cultural movement rooted in Uganda, powered by community, and fuelled by the boldness of Robusta.

Outcome

Listings in all the major UK supermarkets; a 30% uplift on traditional coffee trade routes; tangible benefits to growers; an alternative coffee kick for consumers… lively, punchy, with purpose, and more impact in every cup.
