Introducing Sollasa, a new recipe that compliments Indian cuisine and is designed to elevate your enjoyment of Indian food. According to the blurb, Sollasa has been developed with leading chefs, mixologists and food scientists. The liquid is a delicious blend of orange zest, lime and lychee, with herbaceous notes of mint and basil, the cooling fragrant spice of coriander seeds and cardamom, and a pinch of sea salt. What's not to like?
