Not a new brand at all, quite the opposite. Vichy Catalan is well over 100 years old (1881) but is a favourite with the water afficiandos and we thought it would be nice to go back to the original of all the grown up soft drinks, sparking water. Like all great products this Spanish water is polarizing because of its sodium content (1,100 milligrams per liter). It’s unmistakably saline, firmly minerally, and you either absolutely love it (like Amiel Stanek) or just find it not to your taste at all (me, I admit).
